Brock Dolman is the Director of OAEC’s WATER Institute and Permaculture Design Program, and he co-directs the Wildlands Biodiversity Program.

Art Ludwig is an ecological systems designer with 28 years full-time experience in water, wastewater systems, energy, shelter and human powered transport.

Patrick McCully is the Executive Director of International Rivers and the author of Silenced Rivers: The Ecology and Politics of Large Dams.
