State Codes
The most supportive state codes are in Arizona, New
Mexico, and Texas. These codes are based on a tiered
approach. Houses that produce less than 400 gallons of greywater per
day must follow a set of performance guidelines provided by the state
and are then automatically "legal" and fall under a general
permit.
